Welcome back to 10th grade.
So, you know that little feeling you sometimes have that says, "This isn't a good idea. Don't do it"? Well, I had that today while walking home from church. I shut it up by telling it that this would be humorous and not to worry. Matson and Afton left their car running outside their house while they were getting ready for dinner with the Tolmans. I thought I'd jump in the car, drive it around the block and hopefully they'd come outside and see the car missing and get a jump. I leave Mel's car running in the morning to heat up for her and I'm always worried about someone jumping in it and taking off.
Well, I'd just driven around the corner when the clicking I'd been hearing got louder. In the rearview mirror something popped up quickly and I thought Matson's hubcap was coming off again. Turns out he had been running his car because he was using a portable air pump to fix his deflated tire. It was all tangled up and busted by the time I got to it.
Even if there hadn't been a pump, what was I thinking anyway? Grand theft auto as a joke? What am I in 10th grade? Now I'm trying to get Matson to believe this is just a result of routine hazing in the Elders Quorum presidency.

That is the funniest story I've heard in a long time!! Just when Joseph steps over the line- just a little bit- it's a disaster. Don't let this stop you from doing it again though.
Joseph- hilarious! Kind of like when Daniel got into his sisters friends car and ran an errand real quick... what is it with boys and acting like they are in, may I correct you Joseph, 2nd grade?:-)
My, my, my. Tsk. Tsk Tsk. Hmmmmm. Egads. Ugh! Ooooooeeeeee. Phew!
