Woot-a-woo!

Melinda's not sure what really got into me today, but something
changed and we went on a shopping spree. The day started at Many Lands, a store that carries items from all sorts of foreign countries. Melinda has been wanting to learn how to make sushi at home and so we got some supplies there.

Next stop was Radio Shack to pick up some items for Melinda's phone which she can use as a music player, too.

Then off to Ikea where Melinda's dreams finally came through and we bought a bed frame for our bed. She's been wanting one of these ever since we got married.

We ended up at Ann Taylor Loft and Melinda bought some new clothes for this next school year and some new glasses to replace her old, ugly ones that she insisted on wearing all the time.

We finished the night off with a dollar-movie showing of Evan Almighty, which we enjoyed more than we thought we would, since it is more of a silly family movie than a raunchy, irreverent movie like its predecessor, Bruce Almighty.

You look like a New York model!! Grandma Mona bought a pair of sunglasses like those when she went to Europe many years ago!! They were hot then and now.
